You can try your chosen product from the Havula Sport line. If it does not suit you, return it within 60 days and we will issue a refund.
The promise
You can return your purchased product within 60 days of delivery without giving any reason. We will refund your payment to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the package.

You do not need to give a reason if you simply change your mind.
Insured delivery
If an order is lost or damaged in transit, we will send a replacement or refund your payment at our own expense.
Secure payment
You can pay by bank transfer or upon collection: we do not ask for card details or require credit card payment.
How to claim
- Write to us at [email protected] and include your order number.
- We will send you return instructions and the correct address within one business day.
- Drop off the parcel for return. We will inspect it and process your refund once the shipment arrives.
