Havula Sport Oy sells dietary supplements designed for athletes and active individuals, mineral and amino acid preparations to support daily muscle wellness and recovery, and topical cooling gels such as Havula Palautusjauhe, Havula Magnesiumkompleksi, and Havula Kylmägeeli. We provide details on package size, ingredients and usage on each product's individual page. Our images are illustrative, so the actual label or appearance of the jar may occasionally differ slightly from the image in the online store.

Your order is received once you have completed the checkout process. We will send you an email confirmation, and a binding purchase agreement takes effect when we pack your order and dispatch it. If an item is out of stock or details cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the order, in which case we will refund your payment.

All our prices are in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before payment is confirmed. You can pay using the following methods: Bank transfer. If there is an obvious pricing error in the store, we will correct it before dispatching the package and ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order entirely.

You can find information about delivery options, schedules, and costs on our Delivery and Payment page. Responsibility for your ordered products transfers to you once the parcel has been delivered to you.

We take product photos ourselves of the jars and packaging in our range. Different screens, browsers, and room lighting can display shades slightly differently, so minor color differences are not considered defects and do not entitle you to a free return or refund. Exact sizes, ingredients, and contents can always be found on each product's page.

We take responsibility for the shipment until the driver hands it over to you or your designated recipient at the delivery address. After that, responsibility for the parcel's safety and condition transfers to you. If you notice visible damage upon receipt, please record it with the driver and message us within 48 hours.

You have the right to return your ordered products within 60 days of receipt by following the instructions on the Returns page. Havula Sport Oy is subject to statutory liability for defects in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. We guarantee that dietary supplements and care products conform to the provided product information, remain usable according to their best-before date, and are delivered in their original packaging to ensure shelf life.

• Custom-made goods or items clearly tailored to personal specifications.
• Goods that can deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date lapses soon after delivery.
• Opened dietary supplement packaging, powders, capsules, or topical creams and gels with broken safety seals, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
• Goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
• Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software that have been unsealed after delivery.

To the extent permitted by Finnish law, the total liability of Havula Sport Oy is limited to no more than the total value of the order in question or one hundred euros (100 €). We are not liable for indirect damages or harm caused by improper use or incorrect storage of the products. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits statutory liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Please use dietary supplements according to the packaging dosage instructions, as they are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other healthcare professional.

These terms of use and all agreements between Havula Sport Oy and the customer are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations or based on recommendations by the Consumer Disputes Board. If we cannot reach an agreement through discussion, the matter will be settled in the competent court of our registered domicile, without restricting the consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
